'We stayed here for two nights and felt cosy even in the storm which started the night we checked in. I was bit concerned for the heating and facilities for it being a one room lodge with what seems not the most cold resistant insulation around windows and doors. BUT I have to say that never we felt cold as heater quickly warmed up both room and bathroom, and it stayed so. We absolutely loved interior of our little room. 'Had a lovely stay at the Barn. Hosts were attentive and welcoming, with drinks and snacks on arrival. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials needed for a short break. Kids enjoyed playing the games and the watching Netflix movies. The cabin is easy to get to with parking. We enjoyed the bath tub and salts to relax after a long walk. Definitely recommend this cabin.'

'If you want a beautiful, quiet spot, right on the edge of Loch Lomond, then this is the place for you. It is quite remote other than the nearby hotel and the roads to get there are narrow, so not one for those wanting lots of nearby options for food drink (need to drive 20 mins).'

'Great location in the countryside, but close enough for day trips into either major city. Beautiful views all around the property. Check-in was simple, but check-out was a little less clear on what was expected of me. Overall though, I'd highly recommend this location. '
