- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, heating provided ONLY via split-system A/C, air conditioning via split-system (in the living room and master bedroom), washing machine, hair dryer, clothesline, mosquito screens, iron, and ironing board.

. Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax to the municipality of Alghero, which is €1.00 or 0.50 cents, depending on the season.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Alghero Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.
