'Just back from a four day break at this villa, and it is superb. There were four adults in our group and the villa is comfortably large enough to accommodate 4 people and 6 if you are a larger party. Very well equipped, and situated about a 5-10 mins walk from Burriana beach (steep hill down to and back up if less able bodied, but fine for us) and a 15-20 walk to Balcon de Europa area and the older part of town which as loads of choice of bars and restaurants.Communication with the property...

'It was a beautiful vacation. Gladly again. :) The stay was great and the host was very friendly. However, you should be a good driver and not afraid of heights, because the route to the house is quite challenging. Especially if you want to walk into town. Yes, it can be reached on foot, but you shouldn't go back up the mountain with a full stomach. Just a little tip. :D If you want to look after yourself and enjoy the peace and quiet, the house is perfect. Otherwise the daily walk/trip downhill...

'Nice property in the midst of being modernised , very well equipped , one of the four bedrooms is quite small but if the weather is good ( which it generally is ) you will be spending your time out doors and that is where the house comes into its own . Very spacious and enough room for everyone with different areas . The pool is a nice size and great for playing in or just relaxing . 'Boendet var mycket bra med stora utrymmen för sällskap. Poolen var bra dock inte för barn som inte kan simma. Läget var helt underbart med en sagolik utsikt.'
