'Je zou voor een 5 sterren hotel meer verwachten. Bij het inchecken verloopt het chaotisch en worden er nog rustig andere gesprekken met collega’s gevoerd. Kamers zijn prima evenals de Spa / zwembad. Ieder uur gaat er een shuttle naar het centrum en weer terug. De dame bij het uitchecken was wel vriendelijk dus het is nogal afhankelijk van wie je treft. '

'It was a little bit removed from the main strip, which made it quiet and restful.. The service was lovely and it was the best breakfast we had in our trip -simple and delicious. 'Service was excellent by each and every one of the employees I encountered througout the property. Sometimes they even went above and beyond to make sure all my needs and expectations were made. As it was my first time in Argentina I was a bit preoccupied and feeling out of place but their expertise of the area, knowledge, and their willingness to share it with me for my benefit was incredible. I would most definitely go back on future trips. See you soon. '

'Perfect gelegen in t begin vh park. Aan begin vd trek naar de Torres. Eten net aan ok maar drank belachelijk duur. Neem je eigen drank mee en limiteer je consumpties tot t minimale. Voor t zelfde geld heb je iets beters binnen of net buiten park. Wij hadden goede stille kamer maar als je aan eerste gang vanaf lobby slaapt kan t tegenvallen. Ontbijt goed.'

'Pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this property. Gorgeous exterior and perfectly designed and appointed interiors. Luxurious sheets, etc. It even smells great. The staff is extremely accommodating, arranging taxis, storing luggage, and setting out breakfast before regular serving hours when we needed a super early start. Highly recommended. '

'We enjoyed 2 nights at Altiplanico prior to our trip to Torres del Paine. The room was great, including a view of the sound, with heated bathroom floors and towel rack. Restaurant food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner. A short but scenic walk to downtown Puerto Natales along the water. Highly recommended! '
