'Fantastic stay, lovely food and wonderful staff. Perfect location for Beamish, rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. The only down side really was that the room was hot and was unable to reduce the temperature.'

'Overall everything was good, our only issue was after being there for a few days we noticed the toaster was full of crumbs, obviously not been emptied for quite some time, and the oven tray had not been cleaned after it had been used. We hadn’t met the owner, so decided it was easier just to clean them both before using them. On the hole, everything else was excellent. 'Excellent stay, place is beautiful expect to pay bar prices for any crisp or drinks as it is located a stone throw from the pub but quite a walk from shops. Food at pub was lovely service was brilliant. Very accomidating staff. Bed really comfy. Smart t.v, bath and shower, everything you want for a work stay really'
