'Clean and well equipped. The lighthouse is fabulous, and the views of Lake Superior and the Eagle River are stunning. The Keweenaw has always been our favorite place, and staying here made it even more special. Jan is a terrific host, a wealth of information, and most responsive to our needs. We highly recommend.'

'My husband and I were looking for a quiet place to unwind and enjoy our 30th Anniversary. This was perfect. We enjoyed strolls on the beach, reading 3 books, walks down the road and the sauna to loosen our old joints. I took the kayak out twice. We took a motorcycle ride to Copper Harbor (Brockway Mt. Road) and found little gems along the loop (Eagle Harbor has a restaurant called Fitzgeralds and Haven Woods Waterfall). Leaves were not quite peak yet. '

'Our stay at Robin's Nest was absolutely perfect! It was a memoria trip as it was the one-year anniversary of my father's passing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The yard was perfect for the two dogs to run and we enjoyed the view of Lake Superior from a distance and enjoyed some nights around the campfire. My Dad loved upper Michigan and we are hoping to make this our yearly memorial trip. It was a short drive to Lake Supeior as well as to Houghton but was very secluded....

'My wife and i stayed in this cute house while exploring the Keweenaw Peninsula. The home was clean and offered a lot of extras. We enjouyd and appreciated the use of the bikes, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some nice meals. The house is centrally located to all the points of interest we wanted to see and the hosts left a bottle of wine which was very welcoming, and brought cut flowers to brighten the home up. We would definitely go back. '

'We loved our experience and would absolutely give it an 11 out of ten!!! Very cute, cozy, and clean with an amazing view! The property as a whole was beautiful, with each cottage having their own private yard space. You feel very VIP with having your own private beach on Lake Superior. The host, Phil, was also super friendly and helpful. He was great on giving recommendations on places to visit and see as well as being very accommodating! He also had a lot of options and extras to do on the...

'This is one of the best rental houses I and my friends have stayed in. Yes it’s an older house and has been maintained. Had lots of amenities and kitchen utensils and towels and laundry detergent etc etc. Beach is just across the street. Smaller restaurants within two blocks. Host is very quick in response to any questions. 10/10 rating!! '

'The property is indeed a cozy cabin on a lake. Lovely setting-- wish we had more time to take the kayaks out on Lake Bailey. The cabin was about halfway between Eagle Harbor and Copper Harbor, so it was easy and quick to get to either place for meals or the outfitters for kayaking on Lake Superior-- and that was a superior experience! The house itself was very clean and very comfortable-- plenty of space, kitchen well-equipped (though we were all glad to have a vacation from cooking. Only one...

'Very well stocked home, neat and clean. Kitchen has everything needed. Check in was very easy. Everything was as pictured other than the back of the house to the beach area. There is a path through over grown shrubs and roots to the beach. (Being city people it made us uncomfortable to go to the beach after dark) Owner was easy to work with and we added an extra day. Lots to do in the area or just enjoy the house. '

'The lake views were stunning & relaxing to enjoy next to the fireplace. The location is perfect for doing the Keweenaw Waterfalls, lighthouses & fort. Kitchen is well equipped. Master floor bed was comfortable. Only wish we had more time to enjoy your lovely home in such a beautiful area. '
