'Die Kommunikation mit unserer Vermieterin Annabel war sehr unkompliziert. Schöne, neue Wohnung mit allem was man so braucht. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und den morgendlichen Kaffee konnten wir draußen genießen. Bus und Bahn nahe an der Wohnung; wir sind jedoch oft in die Altstadt gelaufen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Ob der Stadtteil ruhig ist, können wir leider nicht sagen, da wir zum FALLAS Fest in Valencia waren und dort herrscht dann Ausnahmezustand. 'Abbiamo soggiornato per il week end dedicato alla gare dell'IronMan70.3, eravamo in 8, 6 adulti e 2 bambini. La struttura molto comoda ed elegante è dotati di ampi spazi. Il proprietario super gentile ci ha accolto e supportato in tutte le nostre esigenze. La struttura, posizionata nel tranquillo quartiere di Nazaret, non è in centro, ma molto comoda per raggiungere le varie attrazioni.'

'Beautiful appartment in Valencia. The location is perfect: next to the subway with direct connections to the airport, the old city center and the beaches. Restaurants, shops and the Mercadona are within walking distance, but the appartment itself is very quiet. The kitchen is good with all appliances (and a Nespresso !). 'Spacious and rustic house with a lovely garden. Well equipped kitchen and good beds. We haven’t used them, but there are two bicycles available. Foios is a quite and relaxed village, not particularly pretty but nice and convenient with everything you need in walking distance. Easy metro connection to Valencia city center. Would definitely book again.'

'Nice appartment. Very good location and in proximity of everything you could need like grocery store, public transport, restaurants etc . Small downsides: the water in the sink of bathroom did not flow away fast. After making a note, they did not solve it. Most appartments have a view on the inside of the building that is not reaily nice. But I think the view is compensated with a more afordable price.'
