Beautiful decor, impeccable cleanliness, and wonderful staff. So happy we chose to stay here for 4 night! Absolutely recommend! '

The swimming pool is gorgeous, well equipped and clean. The restaurant served good food everyday, including fresh breakfast. We were all very happy there. Will visit again.'

'Right in the heart of the historic part of Luzern. Everything within walking distance. Absolutely a 3 star hotel and no more. Most staff are pleasant but not all. Check in is in another hotel on the next square as mentioned beforehand. But so is breakfast which was not mentioned. The surroundings are very, very noisy. From very early in the morning till very late at night. '
