'Room was very nice and comfortable, staff was excellent and friendly. We enjoyed the stay. The only small problem was the bathroom. The large SQUARE sink was awkward to use. We had to call for help to turn on the shower. It took maintenance (who came right away) a little strength to get the handle to turn.....once on, it worked fine. Might have been a problem with only that room. Meals were excellent and affordable. Casino was well organized. I would not hesitate to stay there again.'

We used to live in Dehesa Valley and we come regularly to visit friends and family. this weekend Unfortunately, we awere having to attend the funeral of our best friend we brought our two sons with us which are 28 and 25 one Son used the pullout sofa bed and the mattress was atrocious. 'Lovely, peaceful hacienda on the outskirts of San Diego. Beautiful garden all around, great pool, jacuzzi, game room. Nice breakfast in the morning. Staff very friendly. Fan, but no airco. Lovely room and shower. Fridge and coffee maker. Comfy bed. No restaurant or shop nearby. Short drive to nearest facilities. Wi-fi poor.'

'The hotel itself is fine but the parking situation on Friday nights is impossible to deal with! There are hundreds of high school kids and In and Out burger takeout line customers flooding the parking area. It took us over 15 minutes to find a spot and deal with the mess. We complained to the front desk, along with another customer, about the situation. She was unable to help since the property shares the space. Her only. response was that was why they don't charge for parking.'

'El Cajon was a good location to travel throughout San Diego County. The hotel staff were very pleasant. The hotel stay was within my traveling budget. I had to leave two days early and spoke to the hotel manager and was told getting a refund would be a no issue. I should expect one. What troubled me, unnecessarily, was that Expedia sent me a message stating as a business they were sorry I was declined a refund; which was completely erroneous and misleading and aggravating. So, I don't plan on...

'I don’t think the place should even be on the list. Homeless hanging out outside, doors don’t work in the bathroom, shower was very poor, room was extremely hot when we went in. Stay away from this one'

'I booked for a one day stay and it was the dirtiest, nastiest experience in my life. It looked like a murder scene. I had to book another motel down the street and it was a WAY better experience. Wasted my money.'

'Floors were dirty, key cards didn’t work. Sliding doors had sheer curtains so others could see you. It wasn’t a private patio. All non smoking rooms smelled like smoke.'
