'Room was very nice and comfortable, staff was excellent and friendly. We enjoyed the stay. The only small problem was the bathroom. The large SQUARE sink was awkward to use. We had to call for help to turn on the shower. It took maintenance (who came right away) a little strength to get the handle to turn.....once on, it worked fine. Might have been a problem with only that room. Meals were excellent and affordable. Casino was well organized. I would not hesitate to stay there again.'

'The staff is all incredibly friendly. The location is fantastic and our room had a great view of the lake. We didn’t order food so I don’t know how it is. The bed was really squeaky but actually very comfy. If you’re into spa treatments I highly recommend an aroma therapy massage and the Lavender body scrub. Gretchen melted away alllll my problems!'

'Very clean comfortable, very helpful staff..'

'Een meer dan prima hotel. Schoon, mooi en net hotel op een fantastische plek. Natuurlijk geldt de plek niet voor iedereen als pluspunt, want het ligt echt in the middle of nowere. Maar voor ons was dit prima naar een paar dagen Vegas. Echt een fantastische kamer met een nog mooier uitzicht.'

'We use this hotel often and have for the last eight years. We used to live in Dehesa Valley and we come regularly to visit friends and family. this weekend Unfortunately, we awere having to attend the funeral of our best friend we brought our two sons with us which are 28 and 25 one Son used the pullout sofa bed and the mattress was atrocious. It was springs no padding all springs I mentioned this to the front desk and their solutions to bring up to comforters to pad the top of the mattress. It...

'Lovely, peaceful hacienda on the outskirts of San Diego. Beautiful garden all around, great pool, jacuzzi, game room. Nice breakfast in the morning. Staff very friendly. Fan, but no airco. Lovely room and shower. Fridge and coffee maker. Comfy bed. No restaurant or shop nearby. Short drive to nearest facilities. Wi-fi poor.'

'The hotel itself is fine but the parking situation on Friday nights is impossible to deal with! There are hundreds of high school kids and In and Out burger takeout line customers flooding the parking area. It took us over 15 minutes to find a spot and deal with the mess. We complained to the front desk, along with another customer, about the situation. She was unable to help since the property shares the space. Her only. response was that was why they don't charge for parking.'

'Very clean and rustic. Easy check in process. Great location'

'El Cajon was a good location to travel throughout San Diego County. The hotel staff were very pleasant. The hotel stay was within my traveling budget. I had to leave two days early and spoke to the hotel manager and was told getting a refund would be a no issue. I should expect one. What troubled me, unnecessarily, was that Expedia sent me a message stating as a business they were sorry I was declined a refund; which was completely erroneous and misleading and aggravating. So, I don't plan on...

'Room was clean, but slightly worn (carpet to hard floor was frayed).'

'parking'

'What’s a good experience the parking was tight, but I found a parking spot at 10 o’clock at night. Room was clean. It was comfortable. It worked out great.'

'Prima plek, alleen jammer van de 30 dollar resortfee. Voor alleen het zwembad? Dat is het niet waard. Wel mooi strategisch tov alle plekken in San Diego.'
