'The property was clean and is in a good location. However, there was no bath towels provided in our room. We had to use 1 hand towel for 2 persons for showering twice. The room was cold, a light blanket was provided and the heater was not functioning properly. We could not sleep properly because of the cold. We tried calling a few times but no one picked up on the number provided. It was disappointing.'

'Everything is well desighed. Skii/board storage on the ground floor also allows you to park your luggage when waiting for a pick up. Dry room on the first floor for the other gears. 'Modern motel with a touch of class that is incredibly clean, comfortable and warm. Communication was great and it was easy to arrange a late check in and early check out. Wish we could've stayed longer, and will definitely stay again when we're in the area! Any motel looking to refurb should look at Hara Hotel as a beautiful example of what can be done! '
