'The property is absolutely charming! When you pull up you feel immediately welcome. The yard is perfectly maintained and beautiful. The cute little cottage was perfect for our needs, just big enough for us. We had enough room when my daughter - whom we came to visit - had plenty of room with her friend to come hang out and play games. The only bummer I have to point out is the lack of fencing. I saw the fences in the pictures and never realized that they do not connect to the house. I thought...

'I booked this trip for work. The hist was quick to respond to my questions. There was a tree branch that broke off on the front yard and within 15 minutes is calling the hist he came in and fixed the issue with the fallen branch.'

'We were visiting the area for a track meet at OSU. This place was easily accessible from OSU and Philomath is a cute pocket community with nice little restaurants. We really enjoyed Dirt Road Brewing which was just around the corner from the house. We had multiple adult couples and the house was perfect for that. Plenty of room with multiple bathrooms and bedrooms with nice big beds. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area!'
