Would be good if there were more stair openings from the carpark to the suites. Friendly staff! Beautifully kept grounds.'

'Whenever I travel to Northern NSW I always stay at Ballina Palms even if I spend my time in other parts of Northern NSW. Andre & his family were having a well earned break and the two stand-in hosts made my time feel very welcome & helped me with my basic requests such as topping up my coffee, tea, milk, biscuits & bathroom amenities on the 3 nights I stayed. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms in good condition. The place is a close walk to the creek &...

'Large room with king bed. Friendly staff. Several restaurants nearby although we used The Station next door to buy takeaway for a night in to watch the tennis. Bathroom was dated but would definitely stay again.'

'The breakfast at the Hotel was magnificent, a great choice of cold buffet food. The Hotel is a beautiful old colonial building restored to a high standard. There was quiet AC in the rooms and comfortable, beds we slept well. Pool area with loungers and sun umbrellas was well maintained . The staff could've be more pleasant or helpful. '
