He’s very friendly, has great communication and provides great recommendations around the area. Quite clean (although there was a cheetoh stain on the pullout bed sheet) and it was a bit dusty in areas. Could improve by providing soap in the bathroom to wash hands (there is soap in the kitchen, but not very hygienic to have to open the bathroom...
