'We had the most amazing and relaxing weekend in Nevada City thanks to Lorrie and her lovely hospitality. She is the best host! This was the cleanest, beautiful little home we have ever stayed in. 'Wonderful stay. House looks small from the outside, but rooms are spacious. Good size kitchen with good space to cook and bathroom with dual sinks, jetted tub and walk in shower. Master bedroom was big, has a sitting area/desk space; King size bed, very comfy. Loft beds 2 full size. also comfy, my daughter loved it up there. 'Overall, excellent. We stayed 2 nights in winter. Roads were clear. A few other homes in sight but strong sense of privacy. Heating and cooking were good. Good tmobile data reception. Didnt try streaming. TV with DVD player and HDMI input. Driveway is between Bonnynook Rd intersection and american flag. Home is very clean and well equipped for your stay. Hosts are very accommodating and friendly. Top rating.'

'This is one of the best places that I have ever stayed; the rooms are clean with tons of character. I love the style and the history of the place. There is a yard with a large outdoor kitchen and other fun games and stuff. Great for the kiddos! I'd like to find a reason to go back to the area just so that I can stay at this place again! And the American River is just right down the road (if you don't mind driving a gravel road). Love it and would definitely recommend! '
