'I was looking for a quiet place to escape the 4th of July fireworks that are ridiculous where I live. I heard some off in the distance for about an hour on the 4th then nothing! It was just what I was hoping for. Even with the 2 other containers rented out, I never heard them. Preston was a great host and answered my questions right away. Would definitely rent again. '

'We stayed here while visiting our son at SFA, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The house is charming, spacious, close to campus, very clean and beautifully decorated. "They clearly tried their best to renovate. I had a very pleasant first impression. Easy parking, warm welcome, clean room. Until I settled and wanted to start the tv. That’s when I went for the remote and saw the first roaches. Killed them. Both smaller and bigger ones. Searched the room and bathroom. Didn’t find any other. Went back to the wall mounted tv, saw roaches crawling again. After a better look they probably had a place behind the plywood that was placed against the wall to mount the tv. My plans changed so I was thinking to stay another night since it actually was a good stay, but after the roaches I called it a day and went somewhere else. If they can fix the roach problem, this is a 10/10 stay. Good breakfast as well. Both hot and cold options."
