'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. I want quiet so that I can sleep, I do not want a draft and I do not want a cold room, not in the least because this destroys the planet.'

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'I travel to Dallas for work regularly. Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'This place was amazing!!! We had a fantastic stay and absolutely can't wait to go back!!! Don't skip this place if you get a chance to book in the area DO IT!! Great staff, friendly faces at all hours, clean room and community spaces!! Local day and nightlife is amazing with everything you could possibly need within walking distance too!! 10 out of 10!!!!'

'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'. As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated. 'Todo me gustó. La playa está a un paso de la propiedad. La alberca muy limpia, jardines super bien cuidados, todo tranquilo. Sin duda rgresaria. Lo unico es que llegamos en 2 autos y solo hay espacio autorizado para uno. El otro quedo afuera, en estacionamiento publico, que sin duda está seguro, pero lejos.'

'Loved the building and unit I stayed at! The unit was clean and had the right supplies for my stay, which was wonderful. The whole place felt quiet and safe. The main downside was communication from Mint House itself. There's an important email for move-in that I didn't get until I called, the key system (for getting the key) didn't work so I had to call again, and apparently parking is $30 per day which was a convenient fine print thing they did rather than include it in the overall cost. '
