'I lived the natural beauty of the place! It had so many great and fun activities for everyone no matter the age. However the employees at the bar were very rude and aggressive. I understand having a long day but no need to take it out on your guests. It was a group of us and as soon as we walked up she rolled her eyes and said “what do yall want”(blond girl). 'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. I want quiet so that I can sleep, I do not want a draft and I do not want a cold room, not in the least because this destroys the planet.'
