'After booking this unit, the property manager failed to contact us with information to access the unit. We got there and learned that someone was living in the unit I rented. I’m still waiting to hear back from someone. My family and I had to sleep in our car until we were able to unite with family after evacuating due to a hurricane.'

'The property was great! Although, at the end of the day, outlets in the main room we needed them in did not work, nor did the garbage disposal work. This was told prior to check out. The garbage disposal not working lead to a dealay in cleaning and i tried asking for a late check out accomodation and there was no response until after the check out time. 'We had a great stay at the beautiful home in a gated complex. Very spacious with 3 bedrooms, convenient location in Houston Heights, just a short uber ride to great restaurants and downtown Houston. We brought family with us and everyone just fell in love with the place. Will definitely stay here if possible our next visit.'
