'This was our second time staying here. It was just as clean and beautiful as the first time. We took our kids with us this time and we were able to enjoy the onsite pool with them. The kids loved the bunk bed room and decor. The weather was great and the beach was very relaxing and peaceful. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back.'

'While this house is a large one, very capable of handling a gathering of several families for a reunion, it was not as luxurious as its promotions. The pool table was a nice item that did add to our enjoyment. The owners worked with us on several issues that arose.'

'On the day of check-in, we received an additional rental agreement that is mandatory. In the agreement, it basically states that the host and their management company, Empress, have the right to evict the renter during the stay and that an additional fee will be applied if that occurs. It also states that voluntarily vacating the property or refusing to sign the agreement will result in forfeiture of any money that the renter has already paid. 'Working with the manager was just fine when coming to the property for the first time. There are multiple units created from a house for this specific property. Check in was easy and we were able to get in a little early, which was very convenient and helpful. The disappointing part of the trip were really just a couple things. 'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. I want quiet so that I can sleep, I do not want a draft and I do not want a cold room, not in the least because this destroys the planet.'
