'Amazing staff and clean, beautiful hotel in a prime location in Lake Jackson. The breakfast was great! The staff constantly kept checking in on us to see how our stay was going. I would definitely recommend this hotel to another family. '

'This was the nastiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Hair on the counters, hair in the shower, linens were actually dirty (one of them looked like it had blood on it?!?). The sheets on the bed… the actual sheets on the made-bed, were full of different hairs and dirty spots. There was actually a tampon tucked into the night stand next to the bed. Seriously. 'The room had a bad smell, there were cockroaches, the toilet didnt work well, the curtain was broken, the staff on check in was not very nice, but the checkout staff was very polite'

'There was lots of fast food and restaurants around. The hotel looked new on the outside, but was older on the inside, but not bad. The blankets are very thin and pillows. No tissues for the customers. There was a booger on the wall by the bed. The TV was hard to work and not very many channels. No breakfast for the customers. The AC worked OK went off and on a lot, the manager did peek his face in the window of our room at 9:30 to see if we were still in there. I had to open the door. That was...

'Everything was goos'

'You get what you pay for. Rooms were recently remodeled but all 3 of our rooms had dead cockroaches and ours had a couch that was still in the cardboard and plastic from its delivery. One of our rooms already had guests staying in it so we walked in on them. Front desk couldn’t explain why there was somebody already there. Would not stay there again but you live and learn!'
