The property is older and has been poorly maintained. The television in the room didn't work. The air conditioner leaked all over the floor overnight with condensation. When checking out, I tried to locate a member of staff to alert them to the AC issue, but no one was around, even when I rang the bell...

'We stayed here in a suite before leaving for a cruise. The property was fairly clean, our room was spacious, but we asked for a rollaway bed which was delivered before arrival. To say the rollaway bed was awful is an understatement. We have a 17 yr old girl and 15 yr old boy and them sleeping together would be strange and uncomfortable for them which is why we asked for the rollaway. We requested a high floor upon booking; day of check-in we called they had not put us in a top floor, but the staff was very prompt to make the correction without any bumps. As for the room, it was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was especially small & tight. Shower was a bit weird & scary; the floor creaked and felt as though any movement would send you through the floor & the facet handle...
