Villa's in Texas

'thanks'

'Loved this property. The whole family was comfortable. Spacious and clean. We highly recommend it.'

'Absolutely loved our stay here!! The home had so many great amenities and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was perfectly furnished, clean and modern. The check in process was great, and the location is perfect for stadium events. Exceeded all our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.'

'great!'

'The floor in the room was tacky with a lot of debris. The bed rolls everyone to the middle and is sunk in. The sheets wouldn't stay on the bed so while putting them back on there is a board between the mattress and box springs and it still sunk in! The absolute worst is the temp in the room. You cant set the thermostat below 72 so we did as the owner requested only to return from a wedding at 10:00 PM on our last night to an 82 degree room with an AC unit that didnt work and was not froze...

'Absolute GARBAGE Management Company!I've never left a bad review in my life for any business, especially a VRBO rental. As a small business owner, I know how important reviews are, but RSB Living is hands down the worst property management company I've ever dealt with. The problems started immediately. Their VRBO confirmation number didn't match their required third-party payment system, putting our reservation at risk. After multiple calls and messages, they finally sent an invoice, which I paid...

'Beautiful home in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. Everything was perfect, better than pictures! Tastefully decorated, comfy furnishings and everything you need. Easy walk to beach(i am 55 and knees aren’t the best). Enjoyed the sunset and evening breeze on the deck. This was our first time visiting the coast of Texas. Loved the laid back atmosphere. Spent hours beach combing…. I was delighted at the abundance of sea glass! Felicia was a wonderful host! Quick to answer all questions and offered...

'After the sub-par experience at our previous stay, we breathed a collective sigh of relief when we got to the home and the place was exactly as described. It was spacious, clean, perfectly located, and had every amenity we needed (couldn’t find a cookie sheet but had foil so it all worked out!). It made our El Paso stay fun and relaxing before a very long drive back home. Thank you for the lovely property!'

'These are little one bedroom, singled floor apartments with a full bath, full kitchen, including a full-size refrigerator. They’re super clean. Our host was amazing and the location is hard to beat anywhere in the downtown San Antonio area. For the price we paid, we had access to everything downtown, including Alamo dome, literally walking distance including restaurants and things to do, you can’t beat it. Our host constantly asked if we needed anything, ensuring we didn’t do without. They were...

'This property is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained! One of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed at. They provided shower products, soap, paper towels…the little things that matter. There’s a Keurig/coffee pot which is nice. The foosball table was a lot of fun for the kids and the pool was lovely for our family. 5 stars all around and I hope we can come back!'

'Incredible! We stayed for a couple of nights for an event at AT&T Stadium and this place made the event so much more enjoyable. The walk to and from the stadium is 10 minutes to entry 4. The fit and finish is comparable to a 5 star hotel, the kitchen is spacious, loaded and the range is a joy to cook on. There are TV’s in every room and on the two main patios so you don’t miss any action. The game room on the 4th floor has nice poker table but the standing arcade is such a cool touch, being able...
