'Communication was horrible we recieved our code the day before. We didnt get a pre checklist. I took pictires of some damages that were found but had nothing to record them on. One of the bar stools had a crack, the glass in the fridge was broken and the light was out. Couldnt find any brooms or mops. Water pressure was very low. But overall the house was beautiful and very comfortable. And we will definitely rent again. Thank you so much.'

'The location was PERFECT! The house was clean, well maintained and beautiful! The kitchen was stocked better than my home kitchen. Loved the coffee bar. Bed's were comfy.If the towels are not in the bathrooms, be sure to look in dryer and small hall closet. The towels were big and fluffy.Fishing was plentiful. They stayed up until 2:00 am one morning and 6:00 am another catching fish. We do a coastal family vacation every year and the over all consensus was this was the best location yet.'

'House is very clean , the host responds very quickly and lives on the first floor which was a little uncomfortable at first but ended up being more than fine , very friendly and the fenced back yard was a big plus with our dogs . The big L shape porch is perfect , the interior of the house is colorful and fun , we ll be back '

'House was great. Clean and looked the same as the pics. Close to the beach. I loved the screened in porch. We spent most of our time there. Communication was great! I had a question and called after hours. I was expecting to leave a message but was pleasantly surprised when she answered. There were six of us. We knew the house was small and we expected it to be tight, but with the layout of the house and the outdoor space we were not on top of each other. We had a great time! Thank you!'
