'Wonderful visit all around !!'

'More than one week later, we are still waiting for a response to our request to reschedule our paid day or receive appropriate compensation. Our communication attempts have been ignored.We arrived at the property at 4:00 PM on Friday and had a pleasant first evening. However, at 9:00 AM the following morning, the electricity failed completely, leaving us without power. Unfortunately, this occurred on a day when we had important family obligations—my daughter's prom—and we needed to prepare...

'There was no one at the front desk at 9:00 AM and it took 10 minutes for the handyman to find someone to check me out. The staff didn’t know how to work the computer to check me out. They had to call someone on the phone to help them. Longest wait ever to check out. Breakfast was soggy biscuits and rubbery scrambled eggs. Bathtub had rust on drain, faucet, and around the tub. Bath water was lukewarm.'
