'The host called immediately to welcome us and urged us to contact them for any assistance needed. Very clean and well designed! This was the best stocked rental ever! Above and beyond! 'The house is beautiful. The cold water on the outdoor shower wasn’t working so we were unable to use it and had to go in the house sandy. I let the owner know they said they would fix it for the next guest. I would rate our stay a 4.5 out of 5. If the cold was water was working I would have given it a 5 out of 5. Everything was perfect this weekend. The beach is walking distance from the property. We walked to the beach day and night and the neighbors are quiet.'

Covered and heated pool and spa, along with fun games to play in the yard, meant there was still plenty to do even when skies were gray. Beach is walking distance and provides scenic views for morning coffee and evening drinks from two different balconies. Big bedrooms with en suites and a well-stocked kitchen made this a luxury stay. 'There was plenty of room for our party of 13. We stayed 3 nights. The bar/restaurant across the water got loud at night but the home is well insulated because it was quite in the house. The AC's work very well. However, if you plan on having a party as big as ours and stay 1 days bring your own provisions. There was 1 dish cloth, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 cutting knife and very little cooking pots/pans. No disinfectant to wipe down counters. Adequate bath towels but no beach towels...
