'By far one of the worst rental experiences we have ever had. The property was dirty, poorly maintained, overcrowded, and nowhere near the standard that was advertised.The house appeared to have been “cleaned” only on the surface, if at all. Having a strap and a come along ratchet to help support the 2nd floor deck is ridiculous and should'nt even be open to go up and would wobble if you went up to the top not to mention the rails were all loose.
