'It was my first time renting a house with VRBO and I was disappointed. From the beginning there were issues communicating with the host, since they relied on housekeeping to reslove any issue which in the end nothing was resolved. The thermostat was set to 55 degrees, no blankets were provided, and the heater didn't distibute equally throughout the house making certain bedrooms cold while others were extremely hot.
