'There were bugs in one of the beds that resembled a bed bug. There were dead flies on the floor. There were spiders and spider webs all on the lamp post in the backyard and the tv didnt work in the master bedroom. We left shortly after arriving due to discovering the bug in the bed. Horrifying experience. '

'I stayed here with my 15 year old and his friend for an online skate comp at the local skate park. Everything here was great. VERY clean home, recently updated was like a new home. Great communication from owner. '

When booking a rental, you can't always see the surrounding neighborhood, and there were several abandoned or unoccupied houses next door and across the street. That said, I don't think this is unusual for rentals in this price range. Overall, we had a good stay, and I would recommend the property.'
