'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. I want quiet so that I can sleep, I do not want a draft and I do not want a cold room, not in the least because this destroys the planet.'

'Rooms were not ready to check in- seems like they need more willing to work staff. There was a line to check in. It was a concert weekend. They should’ve been prepared for a lot of people to check in at 3pm- considering the area they are in. That was really annoying because we had less time to get ready for the concert we were there to attend. They also need to expand parking or not book that many people- it was chaos. '

'Geweldige locatie, ruime kamer en schoon. A/C gesitueerd in midden van de totale ruimte was lawaaierig en na 5 dagen leek geluid toegenomen. Om te kunnen slapen. Moest airco en ventilatie uitgezet worden. '

'Very nice place, big rooms, efficient staff. The only thing minus is that in those 5 days the room was not serviced, but then that is maybe the concept.'
