'The property is clean and really spacious! Few minimal things like lack of mugs, probably mugs were broken and not replaced. Garage was not opened or working but we are able to park at the driveway. Its good thing the other units are not occupied at that time. Overall, we are very satisfied customers!'

'Gen's condo is a great place to stay if you're planning on seeing a game at NRG Stadium. It's only about a mile walk and doesn't take long to get to and from. The place is comfortable with plenty of space for 4 people.'

The dishwasher was nearly full of still dirty dishes & some even had mold on them, the bath tub had hair in it, the carpet/floors dingy. The walls are very scuffed up and the home is very lived in. 'This home was perfect for us because it was conveniently located near all the attractions we wanted to see, like the Houston Zoo, Museums and Herman park. We were a short drive to the baseball park and the Galleria, too. The house was immaculate, the kitchen had everything we needed, the king sized beds were comfy and the screened in back porch was a bonus. 'The only issue we had was that the top floor was too hot. The AC did not push the air up to the top floor, and 2 of the ceiling fan controllers did not have batteries, so we could not turn them on to cool down. Other than that issue, the property was in a good location close to the highways and lots of room for a family.'
