'The place was clean, completely renovated and exactly as shown in the pictures. Quiet neighborhood and it had a great backyard for our dogs. The host was great at communicating and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend staying here.'

'Really lovely week-long stay at this home in Katy. Very clean, and the check-in process was smooth. The beds were comfortable beds and there was plenty of closet space and hangars. There is a very private, peaceful backyard where we often enjoyed our lunch. It was a real bonus to have a large, late-model washer-dryer for laundry. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend this home. '

'I absolutely loved my stay..Everything i need it was all here from dishes to pots to washer and dryer and even a crib..The crib was definitely a bonus...4 big spacious rooms a bbq grill. I definitely felt at home '

'The property was clean and well stocked with the things you would need. The bed was comfortable. There were a couple issues for the month that I stayed including and issue with the water pressure and a clogged toilet, but they were addressed either that day or within 24 hours. Communication was excellent and very fast, including at 1 in the morning! The only thing that wasn't ideal was that the washer and dryer were in the garage, but that wasn't such a huge deal.'
