'The problems started before we even arrived. In the welcome email, I learned the upstairs toilet had been out of service since January. I booked in December and was never informed. Had I known, I likely would have chosen another property, as our group needed a working upstairs bathroom. When I reached out, I was told it was in the listing—even after I explained it was added after I booked.Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 p.m., but when we arrived, the cleaner was still there and didn’t finish...

'The check in was simple, no problems at all. The home actually looked better in person than it does in the pictures. There are 2 king sized beds, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was absolutely perfect for us. The owner interacted with us in a timely manner throughout our stay. I would go there again! '

'BEWARE! I stayed at two separate properties in Katy owned/operated by Haven Point Rentals. Both were clean with modern decor. I was only in the first rental for one night since it had a musky odor, and I noticed mold on the shower ceiling, and obvious mold growth around the primary bed A/C vent. I was in the rental due to mold remediation in my own home so it was concerning! I was told they would send someone to paint it. Really? I was placed in a second rental next day. That rental had bees...
