'Personeel aan de balie was geweldig en super behulpzaam. Kamers worden helaas niet standaard schoongemaakt. Bergen worden niet opgedekt. Wel dagelijks schone handdoeken. Ontbijt is oké, niet super uitgebreid. '

'The room was clean, and we liked that there was no carpet. But, None of the lamps worked in the room. We arrived close to midnight and realized that there were no bath towels. When we called room service, we were told to go down to the lobby. Then, there was no soap in the shower. Hotel is located next to I-10, and you could hear the traffic all night when the A/C would turn off. Breakfast is very basic. '

'The hotel was neat and the rooms nice and big. We had a few small issues but these were solved for us within 2 days. The area is close to Katy Mills Mall and Dennys restaurant. Close to freeway.'

'Volledig naar wens en volgens de verwachtingen. Schone kamers, prima ontbijt en fijn personeel. De kamers zijn voorzien van alle benodigdheden en tevens standaard maar prima uitgerust. '

'Fijn hotel, personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was klein maar prima. Onze kamer (2-bedroom suite) was goed, erg fijn dat er twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers waren. Op loopafstand is het winkelcentrum en binnen een paar minuten rijden supermarkt etc. Een aanrader!'

When we went up to our room we found that the door was wide open. And all the rooms have exterior doors. This was concerning.
