Gilbert (General Manager) worked with me for several weeks to secure first-floor accessible rooms for my 83-year-old mother, and everything was honored exactly as promised. Tracy and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Their professionalism and genuine care made a stressful family weekend much smoother. 'This hotel was perfect for our stay in Cypress, Texas. The hotel looks and feels new inside and out. The rooms are clean and have a new feel to them. The staff is courteous, kind and professional. The hotel was quite in the evening allowing for a good nights sleep. I had a great experience!'

'The pool wasn’t heated for our stay in March, which we had planned to use. One of the main reasons for booking. We have stayed here before, and The forgot to mention, we didn’t want a room over the roof and outside air conditioning unit. So it was noisy! On Monday morning, there was a lady with 4 boys who came in from outside and over took the breakfast, piling food and breakfast sandwiches on extra plates. 'Wij hebben twee dagen Maple Creek geboekt om op adem te komen na de vlucht vanuit Nederland en als uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Houston. Kamer die wij hadden was super (honeymoon). Als uitvalsbasis voor Houston zou ik Maple creek niet meer kiezen. Afstand is vrij groot. Kom je voor je rust dan is dit verblijf prima. Persoonlijk vind ik het ontbijt mager.'

'This is a unique property hidden in an area of North West Houston. Clearly an event venue that is also a BnB. I did not eat at the restaurant and just had an overnight stay but the staff was lovely and the room was clean. The only hiccup was upon returning to the venue at 11:30pm all gates were closed and I had to call the website number to have security open the gate for me. I had been told two gates would be open but none were. I was glad the staff answered because it is not a traditional...

'Everything was great; but definitely needs a full body mirror. The only mirror is in the rest room and when needing to do make up, hair; etc it just doesn’t work when you have 2 adults and 2 children trying to get ready. Full length mirror please!!! '
