'The staff was excellent. The hotel was clean but the ac in our room gave off a slight smell of mold. The ac was set at 78 and it was raining in Houston, so one can expect the room to be initially damp. However, all through the night I was coughing. At a minimum, the ac needs to be cleaned and the filter exchanged.'

'This is a budget hotel so I kept my expectations low. It's easy to find and even though it's right off the interstate, it's not very noisy. That's probably because the in-room old style AC unit is making a fairly loud hum, and it runs continuously because this is Texas summer. The room is mostly clean except for a medium size spider in the wash area outside the bathroom. There are cobwebs too which means those corners have not been cleaned for at least a week. The bathroom has a sock in one...

'The room was Ok, in the restroom there were holes in the wall between the shower and the door, the toilet paper holder was broken, there were little roaches crawling around in the restroom, there was no water pressure in the shower. The door trim in the restroom was dirty, there were paint stains on the wall in the restroom behind the door.'

'The property was nice but the people above me were stumping the entire night and when I tried to call down to the front desk no one ever answered was around 3:00, something in the morning and went on for about an hour. They also had a baby that was screaming at the top of their lungs.'

'The listing does not say you share the property with strangers. I had my kids with me and I could not sleep there because i dont let my kids sleep around strangers. I own my own home I wouldn't have booked the location to let them have a night out if I would have known we would be sharing the house with multiple seperate guest.'
