Noisy, next to traffic and train station. Got a smaller room than what’s in the picture. Fridge door barely opens, blocked by the bed. Motel quality bathroom, the cheapest brand toilet paper. 'Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. 'The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen area is open concept to living area and well set up. The patio looks out over the pool but it was very quiet at night. The only drawback is the property access is through an app for each door and you have to scroll through each description to find the correct access. Parking garage is large into fit a 3/4 pickup in with no problems. I would definitely stay again. The walk to the NRG center is not bad. One block over and through...

'Had trouble getting into the building. Vital card key information was not shared properly between Expedia, VRBO and us. Had to call for VRBO support at midnight to get into our rooms which took about an hour. Host was very understanding and accommodating once she found out that we had encountered so many problems entering. Make sure you download the correct app and that you have access to wifi or other network before arriving.'
