'We stayed almost 3 weeks in this great ground floor garage apartment. It was extremely clean, comfortable and convenient. We met Joyce and her son when we arrived and saw them a few times during our stay, they were always friendly and pleasant. The unit was wonderful! Comfortable bed, spacious living area. Plenty of room for food storage and prep. We would have enjoyed their lovely backyard but it was hot and humid so we chose to stay in a view it out the windows. Parking is no problem. ...

'Small but quaint and quiet! Perfect for 2! Property was lit up cute.We had access to a grill. Fridge was bigger than we thought so we were able to keep snacks and stuff through the weekend. We were able to fish and caught a pretty decent size catfish. We would go back!!'

If the lights would be off or the water not hot for a few hours due to maintenance, we were aware and could make other arrangements. Maintenance came the first day of our stay to check on a leaking toilet and leaking window from the rain, but they did not repair the window. When it rained, the window would leak inside the unit.
