'This was a great location. I was in town for a conference and it was close enough to the conference center to walk over. A bit of street noise if noisy vehicles went by, but mostly the fan/ac white noise dealt with it. Very comfortable bedding and way more space than I expected.'

'Apartment is in a well-kept complex ideally located near NRG, medical center, Rice Village. We found the apartment spacious and clean. It was very easy to hear the movements of the upstairs neighbor, so people sensitive to noise might want to consider that. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.'

'The unit is advertised as 2 bedrooms and only had 1. All efforts to contact host about it resulted in a response that the Expedia advertisement stated 1 bedroom when it did not. They requested me to cut and paste their advertisement and send to them. I did and they said I sent to wrong email even though it was the email automatically populated by Expedia. 'The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen area is open concept to living area and well set up. The patio looks out over the pool but it was very quiet at night. The only drawback is the property access is through an app for each door and you have to scroll through each description to find the correct access. Parking garage is large into fit a 3/4 pickup in with no problems. I would definitely stay again. The walk to the NRG center is not bad. One block over and through...

'The place was very clean, tidy and equipped with everything you’ll need, from kitchen utensils to cooking condiments, board games and even cleansing facial tissues! The bed was spacious and super comfy! The house was located on a private walkway behind the host’s house so it was very private and quiet. There is plenty of parking in the front of the host’s house and the host was excellent at communication! Overall, it was a great place to stay for our 2-day getaways and the price is unbeatable...
