'Had a wonderful weekend get away in St. Charlies. The house was so close to main street, but far enough away not to hear the noise. The house had everything and more! The water and snacks were a nice touch. Everything was very clean. Would stay here again.'

'The property is a beautiful 3 story attached home. There are two flights of stairs to access all areas of the home so just be aware for anyone with limited mobility. The rooms are all well appointed and very comfortable. There were plenty of towels provided and the kitchen seems very well stocked with cookware and plates/cups/silverware. The garage parking was an absolute bonus for a rainy weekend. We loved the proximity to the highway for access to any parts of the city. The view of the arch...

Our host John stocked our kitchen with drinks, fresh fruit and coffee pods. Plenty of corner dining spots near by. We would stay again!! Thanks John and Mary for a good stay!'

'St. Louis received several inches of snow on our arrival day. The property manager called to let us know they had cleared and salted the front steps as well as the back sidewalk and porch. We really appreciated that extra touch of attention. The property has plenty of parking. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting St. Louis.'

'Convenient and safe location. The place is clean. Host is responsive. Check-in instructions was not sent one hour before check-in time as promised. Had to contact the host. Door lock was hard to open. Noisy stairs leading up to the bedrooms. Squeaky beds.'

'The location was very convenient for seeing a Cardinal's game and other downtown attractions, and the price was better than most for a group our size. I don't know what is normal for this neighborhood, but during our stay, we heard gunshots one night and a car horn right outside our window another (likely a break-in, police were there a while) around 4:30 in the morning. There was a strong smell of weed all through our apartment one of the nights we came back. We saw a sign posted a few blocks...

' To start, the reservation process was very unclear. Instructions were vague to the point I could not find the page to complete any process requested. Check in again was almost impossible, It took us a half hour get inside the front door after we found the building. Nothing said Kasa on the building. At checkout I was asked to login to my Kasa account but there was absolutely no place to do that. '
