'Dirty room upon arrival with cockroaches and a very strong scent of naphthalene balls, build up of lime scale in the shower head, no bucket of water provided and very poor customer service. The room was not properly cleaned, and staff were unhelpful when the issue was reported. Very disappointing experience and not worth the price.'

I asked to change the room to behind the road passing but the manager said that a quiet room costs more. Did not sleep well for the 3 nights there. Hotel must invest in some type of sound proofing. 'I like the friendly employees but this Hotel needs very soon MAINTENANCE ! All days 1 elevator (out of total 2…) was out of order. We moved to another room because the shower was not working. In the second room the toilet was constantly running and the shower gave only lukewarm water. But the bed was great, also the breakfast and other what we used in the Restaurant '

The reception is nicely remodeled. The floor was old and dirty. The bathroom was clean enough. There was no hot water. We felt safe. The area around the hotel is safe day and night. There are many old stores to explore. There are a few new shopping malls to cool off in. '
