'No hot water'

'Room amenities are excellent. Bar area is comfortable, but a bit warm sometimes. Buffet floor area, where the food stations are located, was surprisingly not clean. It was actually slippery and felt greasy. There is Pastries variety is a joke. The Beef was Chewy and tough in beef tapa. Omelette eggs looks like it was from a packaged source as opposed to fresh eggs.'

'NEVER COMING BACK, Rooms are really hot! Airconditioner is so old, the air blowing out the AC is warm! The door knob is broken. We stayed and room M3 and M4. One of the staff took our room key and they charged us the missing room key (the one that they took). I ended paying up the fine. I am not gonna recommend this place! Prices are too high, food not good!'

'Good breakfast but coffee and juices that were part of the breakfast fell short so we ordered those off the menu at an extra cost. The hotel is Conveniently Close to SM mall. Room was small so we upgraded to a large and clean room. Staff was always friendly and helpful. There was a problem with a slow drain in the shower that they improved but it slowed again on our last day there. Overall, a pleasant stay. '

'I like the friendly employees but this Hotel needs very soon MAINTENANCE ! All days 1 elevator (out of total 2…) was out of order. We moved to another room because the shower was not working. In the second room the toilet was constantly running and the shower gave only lukewarm water. But the bed was great, also the breakfast and other what we used in the Restaurant '

'Noisy, Noisy Noisy. Loud motorcycles passed by into the early morning hours and this hotel has the worst sound proofing ever. I asked to change the room to behind the road passing but the manager said that a quiet room costs more. Did not sleep well for the 3 nights there. Hotel must invest in some type of sound proofing. Loudest hotel I ever stayed at. No hot water in the room the first day and night. Embarrassing small plate and small variety of vegetables and fruits were offered at the...
