'The wonderful location of this home is very convenient to TCU. You can easily walk to campus. The neighborhood is nice and the home is nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning works great. Parking in front of the home was very easy. The host was wonderful to communicate with and responds quickly. We really enjoyed this neighborhood and would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to be close to TCU.'

'I was in the area to visit family that lives close by for Christmas. I wasn't at the house much but it was so nice to have a safe, comfortable place to relax for the night. My favorite part was the garage that I was able to park my pickup in and not worry about it either night.'

'Check in was easy. Communication was easy. It's a quiet area, so probably no true concern for break ins, but only thing to suggest- the front door needs to be adjusted. The double door is nice, but the one side barely latches. Kitchen was well equipped with all needs. Small dorm fridge can be used. Extra blankets in closet and iron with board. Water pressure in the shower, and also sinks was pretty low. Heads up. Great location close to all amenities. Most we traveled for anything was 15 mins....
