'Hotel did not have our Reservation . One was there to check us in. There was no heated pool or breakfast as advertised and paid for. Both Expedia and this Hotel are Horrible. They should not waste customers vacation time just to make a buck. It was not cheap either. '

'Good location, very close to shops and restaurants. Room was average in quality, nothing fancy, but served our needs well. Biggest negative is that we had people constantly walking back and forth upstairs - way past midnight! It was very loud and disturbing. Almost as if someone (staff) may be permanently living upstairs above our room. Would stay here again for the location - would not stay here again because of the noise.'
