The place was clean and in a safe neighbourhood. Very close to the metro station and I was able to get to the city centre or the airport in 15 minutes. I arrived early morning and I was able to check in early which was so nice! Appreciated having the washer and dryer to do my laundry. The reception was also very responsive at all times of the day. Would absolutely stay here again. Just a quick note that the smaller units are located on the ground floor and close to the street - the front doors are glass with just a curtain you can draw so people can't exactly look in but I did feel a little more privacy would have been nice.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, close to the metro, city center, airport. The facilities are also amazing, we had everything we need at hand. We could adjust the temperature as we desired. It was hot enough, but they provided extra radiator just in case. The host is very friendly and she was available any time we had a question and was very helpful. There was a construction/renovation at the building but not early in the mornings, so it didn’t bother at all. There are only two things to improve: 1- the futon was very small, even my 8-year-old couldn’t be comfortable. A rollaway bed would even be better. 2- there was a constant smell in the bathroom coming from the toilet drain. We had to keep the bathroom window open all the time which made the bathroom super cold. Still, I would stay there again!

Was great to have access to the washer and dryer in this modern unit! Short walk to transportation, no transfers to get to/from the airport. Kitchenette and nearby grocery allowed for quick breakfasts and night snacks. Short ride to the central sightseeing areas. Heated floor in the bathroom was a bonus. Very nice stay for a busy sightseeing trip to Copenhagen.

Clean and comfortable property, close to the metro. Everything needed are provided included toilet rolls, bin bags, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, dish washing liquid and laundry detergent. Access to upper floors by stairs. Unfortunately there are construction going on adjacent to the property, hence limited parking available (and in some areas, we need to move our cars as early as 7am due to construction).the noise from construction vehicles started quite early as well. Hopefully construction work finishes soon, and it would be a nice place to stay.

Staff is very good
Nice area just outside of the downtown area, close to a metro station. It is easy to ride a bike from here to anywhere in the city, or take a metro train or bus. The hotel is nice enough. I like the laundry and everything else (wi fi, kitchen supplies, linens etc). in the room that works well as one would expect. Due to a couple of issues I found in the room upon check-in, I would give a 1/10 rating (it was horrible), but how the hotel fixed the issues is why I give a decent rating at the end. The staff was VERY good in making sure i was comfortable. Felt safe and at home here.

Die Räume waren Sauber und mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Es war statt einem Kleiderschrank nur eine Stange zum Aufhängen vorhanden, was aber für uns kein Problem dargestellt hat. Die Kommunikation verlief ebenfalls ganz ohne Probleme. Ein nicht funktionierender Fernseher wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden repariert. Die Innenstadt ist von der Unterkunft relativ schnell per U-Bahn (M2) zu erreichen. Autos sollten im Bereich der U-Bahn-Station "Amager Strand" abgestellt werden. Parken für drei Stunden ist vor der Tür aber kein Problem.

Very quiet easy to get around. The staff were very quick to replenish or assist at a moment’s notice. I would stay again only maybe downside is there is only one bathroom!

Excellent place to stay in Copenhagen! Nearby to metro and buses - recommend getting the city pass for transportation needs. The communication for check in was timely and easy to follow. The tablet available for communication was great and easy to use for information and questions. Responses were helpful and quick. Although not directly in the city, it was a noice quiet area and we could relax in the courtyard too. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing. So cozy, clean and the management was amazingly helpful. So easy to check in. I was alone and I felt safe in the space. What a fuss free, wonderful stay! The apartment was very easy to find, excellent directions to locate and enter the property. Beautifully decorated, warm and cosy place, photos do not do it enough justice. It is well equipped for easy self catering. It is in a nice and quiet residential area, but I can imagine in warmer months it might be more lively. Two small suggestions would be a complimentary bottle of water and an internal lock for the main door but neither took away from a great stay.
