From the owner who is present on the property, to the staff were all so welcoming and helpful. All of our tours were arranged through the hotel and were as expected. 'The place was very clean, and the staff (Alvaro and his son were really warm and welcoming We had steak, sausage, rice and French Fries by a bonfire at night. We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing. 'Hotel is niet te bereiken per auto alleen per boot. Kamers zijn opzich wel mooi maar ze zijn heel gehorig je kan precies horen wat de buren zeggen en doen. Qua stroom voorziening werkt het volgena mij op een generator die in de laatste 2 dagen van ons verblijf om de haverklap uitviel dus dan geen airco. Qua eten en drinken was het opzich goed geregeld. Verder het hotel personeel van de receptir hebben wij ervaren als onvriendelijk. Zij hebben de instelling van die spreken geen spaans dus dan...
