'We stayed 4 nights. The floor in the entrance hall is old and looks tired. When we checked out we were surprised by the amount to be paid extra. We were charged an outrageous amount for 8 small bottels of Evian water. The water was placed everyday on the side of the wash basin and not in the minibar so we assumed these bottels to be complimentary. It is very dangerous in Bogota to take a cab randomly in the streets so we asked the hotel to call us a cab every time we went out. Turned out we paid...

'Lobby & eating areas were clean. Breakfast was decent. View from room was basic. There is hot water, an iron board and iron. Room has a full length mirror. Staff was very helpful and patient with us as non spanish speakers. Room was spacious enough for 2. Located close to restaurants/cafes.
Noted concern: marks on bed linens as if it was dirty. Sheets/pillowcases weren't changed after they were advised. We stayed for 6 nights. Though room service visited daily, towels weren't always changed.'
