'The place was nice and clean and nicely landscaped. There are serious pricing discrepancies on the units and no two people paid the same price...on top of which we were charged a substantial surcharge for air conditioning whereas others were not. Staff are responsive and attentive but do little to market the resort, ie we found out that they supplied drinking water after 4 weeks of hauling it from the stores. Generally we were happy with our stay and we would go back but knowing what I know now...

'The unit itself was nice - clean and well maintained. The office & Maintenence staff was friendly, but overall the resort needs a lot of upkeep. The thatch roofs on all the palapas are disintegrating. There are too few pool deck chairs and many are broken. We went to sit on one and the wood broke thru before we ever even fully sat on it. I was surprised for the cost the Maintenence level. But I do think it’s hard to maintain property in Belize bc it’s hard to get replacement materials. It was...
