'The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! '

'Cozy house and a great quiet location. This was the perfect place to stay with my girls and our children. The basement was a great place for the kids to play and the living room on the first floor was cozy with a comfortable couch and the map on the wall was a big hit! The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils. Overall, we had a great stay. Our only complaint was the list of things to do upon checking out on top off a cleaning fee. Otherwise, a great stay! '

'The little apartment and its location were perfect for us! Being right in front of the coffee shop, and within walking distance of most things downtown, provided an easy access route for us!The apartment was clean, had small amenities that we might have forgotten, and was decorated super cute!If you are in the Petersburg area, this was a great location. 'The house is a three bedroom fully finished home. Two bedrooms upstairs, and a spacious primary suite at the bottom level with a half bath (sink toilet no shower). Main bathroom is upstairs. Backyard is great for kids, it has a playground and corn hole. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen sink was difficult to set to cold, and I love to drink ice cold water. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends in the area, 9/10 would stay again '

High Bridge Trail is nearby, Three Rivers Brewery in Farmville. Nice selection of local houses of worship in the area. Would definitely recommend'
