We arrived before check-in time and were more than willing to just drop our bags and go, but the staff went out of their way to find an available room and give us a chance to settle in. (We have two small kids so this was extra helpful.) The hotel looks brand new and everything was spotless and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the full size fridge!
