'Gorgeous, stunning remodeled home, every detail is amazing inside! Just a quick two turns and you are at the beach, few minutes and you are strolling around the coolest downtown Marina area. Trees drape over the neighborhood, absolutely beautiful, feels like you are in another time. '

'Sea Cottages of Amelia is a gem between a busy neighborhood. The nature feel is very relaxing. Just a stone throw away from good restaurants and walking distance from the beach. Will definitely stay here again. Just a suggestion, since you allow pets in the cottages. It will be better if you use a quilt or comforter instead of a fuzzy blanket. Dog/cat furs are hard fo remove on fuzzy blanket.'

'We had an amazing two day stay in Amelia Island. The property was just as described and there was plenty of room to both be together and spread out while inside. The sunrise on the patio was beautiful! Very short walk down the dock to the beach. Lots of shells, but not lots of people. '

'We enjoyed the house, it was clean, well stocked and convenient. My only concern was the back yard had not been cut and my dogs didn’t like going out there.'

'We had a wonderful time at this home. Our party of 8 adults had plenty of room to relax and spend time together. Everything about the home was great. The home had an extremely well stocked large kitchen. Large open living area with a comfortable sectional sofa and chairs. We also enjoyed the large screened back porch that had a ceiling fan and smart TV. We had access to 4 great bikes which we enjoyed riding around the island. We had access to beach chairs, umbrellas for shade and some very nice...

'We enjoyed our stay, very clean and accessible. Mind the front door lock, it needed some tinkering to lock and unlock. Perfect location and amenities near by, totally recommend.'

'Great property, in an ideal location, with all the amenities! Would definitely recommend. Only issue with being on the ground floor was that you could hear all the footsteps above. But pros far outweighed any cons so again, would highly recommend. Pool was awesome. Beach as well. '

'Great location. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which was always cold (it had a “chiller” element). It was a perfect beach house, equipped with everything we needed. Can’t wait to see the finished outdoor area (under construction) next year when we return. Thanks Ashley for allowing us to stay and play at our favorite place!'

'The check-in process was simple. The house was immaculate. Big kitchen with everything you need. The view, gorgeous. The pool was refreshing and great for all ages. There are three units (one per floor), all which were occupied, and we did not feel crowded whatsoever. My family and I are already looking to book again. '
