'This is the first time staying in a Holiday Inn express It was clean, updated LOVED the fresh 24-hour coffee! Room was very nice and meet all our needs!'

When I told front desk, the guy there said he couldn't smell anything but it might be cigarettes. Either way it was most uncomfortable. Room.never got cleaned linens were never changed, and I was there for four nights!'
